Here it is in all it’s glory, BBz has sunk low enough to kite Nefarian around the zone all the way to Vael’s room, Screenshot here with stuff blurred out that would reveal my identity:

I’m not sure exactly how the pull works, but two rogues (Mitarius and Yog) and two hunters (Gracklin and Krellen) manage to pull Nef out of his room all the way to vael’s room. What happens is we just stand in Broodlord’s room while someone hearthed in Kargath triggers the event (usually a warlock) and runs back. All the drakonids run through the closed gate and we just AE them at a choke point like the stairwells in broodlord’s room. Nef in shadowform will randomly teleport at most 4-5 people during this phase but heres the kicker, they just die and run back because the only closed gate in the zone is the one that actually leads into the throne room itself.

Even better is that after the 42 drakonids are killed we only need to kill about 5-10 extra which are dead WELL before our pullers get Nef down to the rest of the raid. The rest of the draks evade bug and despawn. After that point the fight is easy as cake since it seems that Nef’s class calls are somehow tied to the throne room and don’t work correctly, and we don’t even have to deal with phase 3.

A few of us have talked to the officers and tried to resolve this issue by just killing him normally but the most constructive feedback we got was “!&$% off !&$% face.” Now the whole world knows what you guys are doing.”

As far as I am aware, this is the first publicized mass ban WoW has ever seen. This type of thing happened over time in War3, so it’s nice to see some action.

I was waiting for a NDB to respawn near the water elementals. There were a couple of flagged alliance nearby, so I think he was telling me to help him kill them. I didn’t respond to any of his whispers and, apparently, that bothered him.

“It’s hilarious how pallies can call BoK “lacking” as a 31-pt talent, when it is by *far* the most powerful buff in the game, at least twice as powerful as any other given buff, and much more than that for most. Let me introduce you to 31pt talents for the REST of the classes in the game. Divine Spirit. +35 spirit. BoK’s spirit benefit alone nearly outshines this, and DOES outshine for some players, never mind its intellect and stamina benefit to a caster.. nevermind the fact that it benefits all classes, not just casters.

How about Mana Tide? The regen(spirit) + intellect from BoK alone IS MORE MANA THAN THIS in a 5 minute fight(the vast majority of fights in the game). And Mana Tide only affects the people in range, in your group, and is worthless to anyone who isn’t a caster.

Gee, and now BoK is an 11-pt talent. I wonder what that makes these two buffs? 1pt talents, at best?

Honestly, it seems like alliance often has no comprehension of just how mind bogglingly powerful BoK is relative to the rest of the buffs in the game. It will give most casters more Int than arcane intelligence, along with a comparable amount of spirit and stamina as well… it has a similar benefit for melee.

Hell, BoK even friggin SCALES. So when everyone has 600 in their main stats, suddenly it’s giving +60 to that stat, whereas all the other buffs in the game are still stuck at their static amount that they’ve always given, which is much much less now, comparatively.

Honestly. The most powerful buff in the game. That scales. That can be applied to your entire raid group. How is this not a 31pt talent?”

I heard nothing of this before, but these screens are definitely real. It doesn’t make sense that we wouldn’t have seen this posted since people already opened the AQ gates long ago on test. Perhaps with the newest PTR patch they put in other parts of the gate opening quest that now require summoning and killing Eranikus?

Adding the holiday stuff in some late 1.8.x patch out of nowhere suggests either that 1.9 won’t even be out before Christmas, or so close to it that they want people to mess around with the holiday content now.

Previous ZG runs had been done on days after MC, usually without a lot of the main people. This was our first actual organized run, and we beat the whole thing.
